Gibault Children’s Services, which has served over 10,455 youth and their families, was established by Indiana Knights in 1921 as Father Gibault Home for Boys. It was originally administered by priests within the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. In 1934, the Brothers of Holy Cross became the administrators, teachers, counselors, and overseers of the organization.
Now called Gibault Children’s Services, the organization serves males and females, aged 6-21. The programs currently serve up to a 126 children a day, and focus on treatment/outpatient counseling, autism spectrum behavior, and other issues.

In October 1919, one Queens council dedicated a memorial tablet with the names of council members who served in World War I.
In October 1919, Morris Park Council #566 dedicated a memorial tablet with the names of 70 council members who served in World War I. The event took place on Columbus Day in Queens. It was reported that 6,000 people attended the event and that 1,000 participated in the related parade.
